Your Are The Guru

The temple of Mecca is within your soul, if you try to realize it (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 480).

We have a human form, what I mean by that is we are able to understand things around us more then any creature on this planet.
Painting of Guru Nanak Dev Ji (First Teacher Of Sikhism)
We are very social creatures, we are given a different view of the world. Not every creature on this world is entitled to the understanding, that we are entitled to. We all should be thankful to the guru, that has guided us on to this path of life. That we can understand our well being. This is the life that Waheguru (God) gave to us to realize the truth path. A path where no dhook (pain) or obstacle can stop you from becoming with the truth. It this very life that is very priceless, guru ji address this life is a diamond.  "This human body has been given to you. This is your chance to meet God. All other works are of no use. Join the holy congregation and meditate on the Name of God" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 12). The Waheguru is stating that If one praise the Nam god words, one would find a purpose and a value in life. Life is wasted if one doesn't feel thankful for this forum of life we are in. The guru is inside everyone, temple of guru is in you. We should realize the role we have. Being a good person one with the   truth, following the concepts of Sikhi or any religion. We then experience the guru in us, that guides us throughout this life. A rythem of learning rightoness and  love, is gifted by the guru.  It comes down to the matter of realization of your self, who you are? What role you have in this society and what's your life's purpose ? These are some the things that are important to examine. We are  capable of examining our self, no matter what position we are in life. Everyone has that jot (light) of guru in them, for self realization. All we have to do is follow the hukam (command) of guru ji. To show us the right path, of living.  As addressed by guru ji. "Renounce the intellectual cleverness of your mind, O humble servants of the Lord; understanding the Hukam of His Command, peace is found. Whatever God does, accept that with pleasure; in comfort and in suffering, meditate on Him. (1)" SGGS Page 253 Shabad 792
Guru ji is stating one who follows the hukam (command) of the Waheguru ji (God), happiness is discovered only if one accepts god with love.
